Block A at Parkhall Business Centre demanded an extremely cost effective refurbishment that maximised the usable space while retaining the industrial workshop feel so loved by its users. The barrel vaulted warehouse offered the opportunity for a mezzanine structure giving valuable additional space as well as giving these spaces their own individual character.
Exposed services and raw materials, such as a plywood staircase, add to the industrial appearance. A colour palette of light and dark grey is offset by splashes of colour in the signage and in the tea point.
