Located in the Claygate Village Conservation Area, Oak Tree House is one of a group of locally listed buildings on Church Road. Frost were asked to redesign an outbuilding to provide a play room with accommodation above for a live-in nanny. This involved the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a traditionally designed extension with link to the main house. The project also included a detached double garage creating a courtyard area between the cluster of buildings. A mix palette of brick, render and timber cladding, all painted white, provides a sensitively co-ordinated addition to the locally listed dwelling.
