The ground floor extension comprised a side extension and was designed and planning approval obtained as a joint application with the neighbour. This space is now a generous open plan kitchen & dining space with lots of natural daylight via rooflights. We worked closely with the client to retain original features where possible and appropriate and to bring contemporary details to the new spaces. The result is a sensitive blend of old and new.
