The works to this Grade II listed building in Canary Wharf comprised a change of use from a restaurant to office and a full refurbishment. The fit-out represents a major decision for Petchey Holdings to relocate its head office from Ilford to Docklands. The interior refurbishment by Frost gives a professional face to the company, acknowledging its traditions while positioning itself as a progressive property investment and development company.

The existing listed building combines a historic past with contemporary design. The interiors look to enhance this with a respectful use of existing materials such as brick walls and wooden floors. The installation of fully glazed offices, a new oak and glass staircase together with a palette of natural tones, including oak and limestone, present a thoughtful and sensitive refurbishment reflecting the building and its users.
