18 Wells St is a post war infill between the Grade II listed building of St Margaret’s House and a Victorian apartment block to the other side. It is located in the East Marylebone Conservation Area where the prevailing styles are classical and the mannered classicism of the late Victorian, Edwardian, Queen Anne and Flemish revivals.
Frost were successful in obtaining planning approval for a three storey rear extension and rooftop extension as well as internal remodelling and recladding of the front elevation, providing a total of 7,000 sqft of office space.
