This beautiful home is another in our extensive portfolio in Surrey. The client wanted to take advantage of the sizeable garden & prime location of the house. The additions of a rear extension, bespoke patio design, and internal modifications achieve this goal.
The elevated location of the house, combined with the panoramic windows that link to a raised timber patio, provide expansive views across the Surrey Hills. A new, glass heavy extension floods the open plan kitchen with natural light. This space is further enhanced with a modern island design & finish.
The glass gable and vaulted ceiling visually enhances the play room. Reached internally through another set of modern glass doors, this family room can be opened up onto the deck & through into the kitchen, or closed off to create a separate space.
The finish throughout the house is crisp and white, while marble table and counter-tops add a cool aura to complement the white finishes and timber floors.
