Phil is an experienced business development and marketing specialist with a passion for assisting companies to achieve sustainable growth exclusively within the built environment.
Having worked as a Civil Engineer within both the public and private sectors, Phil has spent the last 30 years dedicated to providing a range of management consultancy services to clients with a particular focus on facilitating the creation and implementation of strategic business development and marketing plans.
Phil is an advocate for the principles we value so highly at Frost – exemplary client care & retaining client’s trust by being flexible, pragmatic, transparent and always willing to go the extra mile.
Alongside working with Frost, Phil is also a National Committee member of Interact and also assists the Constructing Excellence East Midlands club.
