Laura completed her Part I at the University of Nottingham in 2012 where she specialised in hand drawing before returning to London. As a Part I Architectural Assistant she worked on large scale residential schemes, gaining experience in the design and planning process of masterplans. She completed a semester in practice as part of her Part II studies before returning to the University of Nottingham.

For her thesis, she specialised in making as a tool for architectural research and used this to explore her interest in furniture and architecture. She completed her Part III in 2017 at the University of Westminster and aims to gain more experience of varied projects from design to completion.
