This home in Banstead was an incongruous 80’s style brick home which the client wanted to modernise with a drastic facelift, adding contemporary design and detailing to a simple but bold all-over render.

This stylish exterior, highlighted by the contrasts between the white painted render, timber detailed entrance and black framed windows, is the eye-catching result. The client aspired to create a white modern box elevation while retaining the existing window openings. The porch received cedar cladding details & the ‘lid’ of the box was reroofed with slate.

To the rear, the modern sliding doors peel away from the corner, adding versatility and blurring the definition of ‘interior’ space. The new hard landscaping is embellished with a built in gas BBQ & resistance pool.
