Bennetts Hill House was a deteriorating Georgian bank in the heart of Birmingham. Working with our friends at Dunmoore, it has undergone extensive refurbishment and been transformed into modish, urban chic office spaces.

The 5 storey-building is perfectly situated with excellent transport links, including the proposed H2 scheme, and this modern, hi-spec renovation seeks to capitalise in the resulting growth in the office market in the area.

Clean, sleek finishes complement the high ceilings & rustic columns, creating a loft-style space that appeals to modern design and creative companies. The space is populated with an eclectic array of furniture & finishes, along with the proliferation of plants demanded by modern tenants.

The new open plan offices feature exposed concrete pillars & steel beams, while the self contained studios have large crittall windows on all sides, flooding the spaces with natural light. The WCs & private showers achieve a boutique finish with timber panelling and cool lighting, along with the reclaimed parquet from the Bank’s original fit out.
