Before the June Jubilee jubilation May was a joyous month at Frost. We secured not one, not two, but three planning approvals for delighted clients. Come and read more about the applications, and what else we got up to as spring sprung.

Claygate House – The first of the secured applications was for a home in Claygate, with extensive alterations including extensions, dormer window & changes to the existing fenestration.
Wimbledon House – Secured application number two sees the existing extension demolished and replaced with a high quality, single storey rear extension.
Claygate House 2 – Back to Claygate for our third planning approval and perhaps the most ambitious, as this home will undergo substantial renovations. The client wanted significant alterations including rear & side extensions, a garage conversion & new front dormer windows. We were able to secure approval and can’t wait to show you the before and after photos of this exciting project.
St Ann’s Hill – We were recently appointed to deliver this development near Clapham Junction, providing 22 new build flats with a front facade retention.
Office Social – Sunnier weather meant we could go on our first social since the pandemic, a walk along the Southbank taking in the amazing architecture of our city (and a few bars…)
Dimes Place – Works continue to progress nicely at Dimes Place, our development for Thackeray Estates providing modern office space in Hammersmith.
Parkhall 4th Floor – Works are also progressing on site at our latest Workspace project, Parkhall. The view from the renovated roof terraces promise to be spectacular.
